Every wattage figure on this site is read from the exact Amazon listing it belongs to — running and peak watts with an explicit wattage term, fuel support as the listing itself claims it — and each extracted attribute records where in that listing it was found. We have not run, load-tested, fuel-measured or noise-metered any of these generators, and no page here pretends otherwise. The methodology publishes every formula we apply to that documented data.

What we refuse to cover

Permanently installed standby generators and anything requiring electrical installation advice are outside this site by design. Where hardwired circuits enter the conversation, our answer is always the same: a licensed electrician and a professionally installed transfer switch.
